Organic Dancing with Smurfs Cherry Tomato has a wide window of delectability: When she’s slightly under-ripe, her deep purple fruit is more firm with flavor more bright acid; as she turns more fully ripe her skin turns crimson where the sun directly lands, her flesh softening and flavor deepening.
