Here’s the thing: Chiapas and Coyote share the same genus as most other tomatoes, but not the same species (you’ll find it above; all the plant nerds in your life will be very impressed with you)! Among other things, this means they’re a little more wild, a little less domesticated, and as a result, they simply don’t get classic tomato diseases like Late Blight, Early Blight and Septoria Leaf Spot.
