XILLI brings Mexico, its culture and traditions: its rich spice blends and bustling markets; its street foods and eateries; its Abuelas' cooking and ancestral recipes, to homes around the world.

Part of the inspiration for XILLI was to offset the misrepresentation of Mexican traditions which leads to a misunderstanding of Mexican food and its cuisine. XILLI hopes to change this by making their products in a conscientious, careful, dedicated, and artisanal way; never compromising on the craft and attention to detail, setting new standards for quality and taste.
