This work consists of 1) an annotated list of all vascular plants whose type localities are within the political boundaries of Nevada (Fig. 1) and 2) bioÂgraphical sketches of the people who collected these plants. This is not a complete history of botanical exploration in Nevada, as collectors who did not gather types are not included.
